Question- is Sex in Stories Allowed?

No reason it shouldn't be, if both characters are 18+ I'd say.

I went to a book signing and reading of a famous mystery author a couple of years ago.

What really set the tone was the author flat out stated that if the sex act and 4 letter words

were not used in the first few pages of the first chapter of the book "IT WOULD NOT SELL" !

The publishers would not even consider it !

Normally the stuff that sells online in book stores etc. is characterized as being:

Buyer Beware - you no like sex don't buy the book - you don't like under age sex

Don't Buy the Book - sort of like the movies with the parental codes - with an implied

consent - don't go to a movie that isn't suited for your age group.

"You have been warned" !

BUT this is different with a forum where a story may have under age characters in

play where the norm expected is of legal age.

If you haven't been forewarned suddenly you are in the thick of something that is not kosher

by your own standards and perhaps the standards of the Moderators and Administrator of

the forum.

Under age pornography is not acceptable even if Red Lined or noted beforehand in a public

accessible forum. Private and membership controlled forums are another thing !

Some of the story materials presented here are questionable but I presume that the ages are all legal

and have passed muster. Some of the fantasy stuff here is really hard to imagine with players of legal

age but that is just what it is a fantasy - just like adults being adult babies - who would think ?

Like the mystery author use sex to sell the story (book) but keep the minors out of it.
