It doesn't have a lot to do with the nappy change itself, honestly - I'm used to those.

It has more to do with the fact that I am young and hormonal and (usually) someone I find attractive is paying a lot of attention to my cock and rubbing warm and slippery things into it. I'd say that's fairly natural.

Doesn't really happen during messy changes, though. I'll accept those for the sake of convenience and time (it's one of those jobs that is definitely easier and quicker with two people) but I find them unpleasantly humiliating.
