Having trouble creating a blog to show my journey and hopefully help others

As of this last year I had an accident rock climbing that resulted in me fracturing my pelvis which in turn damaged my bladder functions, so now at 21 years of age I am incontinent and am forced to wear diapers 24/7. I've only recently gotten the courage to start a blog and publicly show my journey and my acceptance of wearing diapers all the time. If anyone knows how or can help please message me. I also live in Arizona so if anyone is here local I'd love to me meet new people that I can share this incredibly difficult but embraced journey of mine.
