There are some beautiful nappies out there which are unheard of...

Hey guy & girls,

I recently ordered from abdlfactory.com

I ordered a lot of one-off samples of different nappies I'd never heard of.
I must say, a load of these samples are absolutely wonderful!
I haven't tried them yet, but a LOT of them feel as though they ought to get more appreciation in the AB / DL worlds....

There's one in particular called the 'Foresite AM-PM' nappy, and it's an EXACT REPLICA of the old Comficare nappies and is HUGE, yet you never hear of recommendations of this nappy....
It may possibly by because they look a little medical and thus don't get prominently advertised to the AB / DL communities but I swear.... people are missing out on proper wonderful nappies! Like, these are probably even cheaper than regular nappies as they seem to be selling to the incontinence market, not the AB / DL markets...

I would not hesitate to buy a pack of these along with MANY of the other brands I ordered.

The Foresite is a Canadian product. My problem with it was the diaper has the entire front of it with the company name and logo like a billboard. I may be alone or in a small minority about how I view this but if I'm buying a product I don't want it to be an advertisement for the company. When I buy my cars new I make it clear to the dealer during the negotiation process that the car can not be delivered with the dealer name on it anywhere.  Unless they want to pay me for advertising their company. Even when I buy used cars I remove the dealer emblems myself.

Hugs,

Freta

Lol Freta.

I see you point about advertising a companies products.  But unless your out in public pants and shirtless where your diaper can be seen then ur really not advertising it. But I do see your point about the Forsite logo. To me it all about appearance.  Doesn't look much like a diaper I prefer.

I 100% agree!  Same with t-shirts, especially from businesses.  I do like to buy t-shirts from casino's in Las Vegas or where ever and that doesn't bother me as much if I have won at those casinos (I'm generally not going to buy a casino t-shirt from a casino where I have lost because their slots are super tight).  The thing that has always bothered me is when you buy a t-shirt, car, other items and the dealer name or business name is all over it.  If they want the advertisement, then they can give out the shirt for free.  Otherwise, even though you get a garment to wear and have functionality out of it, you are still paying someone to advertise their business where it should be the other way around!

I totaly agree DonBrighton. I have been doing a bit of research lately, trying to find a plastic backed nappy. I whent to ' incontinence choice' and they have a plastic backed filter button, what came up surprised me, because i found that Tena have launched a replacement for the old maxi' it is a very good day time nappy for me, nice and slim but still absorbant enough for my needs. ( Thumbs up Tena)  As absorbant as the original? Jury is still out.  I also ordered ' iD Expert slip super' nice and thick very generous amount of SAP ( needs a bit of working to make it supple) and is ideal with a 'Lille heathcare classic maxi pad' for overnight i am a heavy night wetter and it holds up just fine. I have yet to test the 'Attends slip active 10' but on first glance i dont think they are going to be much good. Keep you posted.

ID slip supers are my usual night nappy, I find them very good value for money. Premium product, not so premium price but I don't like the company design on them. During the day, I prefer viva medi slips, they are plain and only come in one absorbency. For me the fit is perfect on the mediums and I find them very easy to conceal

They've changed the design now.  The big blue billboard is now gone and they have extended the tape tab landing zone farther out to the sides for more coverage.  They listened to their customers and made the changes.

I'm going to have to take a look at their website to check price and shipping costs. I'd really like to try these out. The fact that they actually changed the design is also a motivation for me to buy some. If they don't see some bump in sales they'll just come to the conclusion that it doesn't pay to listen to our segment of the market. It may go beyond just that company because if sales increase, other companies may notice it pays to listen to us as customers too. A lot of the ABDL diaper companies design with us in mind but a lot of the strictly incontinence supply companies may become more attentive to us. After all every company whether ABDL or incontinence focused share one major thing in common. They all want to sell as many diapers as they can and increase the profits they make from doing that.

Hugs,

Freta
