16 & Babied

Angie puts Harry and Ava on the play mat and they start playing together.

"Dan can I play with them?"

[Danny]

Looks at Joey "of course but be careful. They are only little so can't do anything you can do just yet"

Joey holds a toy above his head.

Ava reaches up to get it and takes a couple steps in the process

[Danny]

Dan looks happy "oh my goodness. Ava just took her first steps!"

Angie: "Aww. Look at her.
Can you get a picture of us Dan?"

[Danny]

Dan nods and gets his phone and takes some photos of the family. 

"We should have got one with Justin and his girlfriend with us all in"

Angie: "That's ok. We'll get one tommorow. Justin is bringing his girlfriend by so I can meet her"

Connie: "Come on, Honey. Let's get going. Harty needs to get his sleep for the party"

[Danny]

I pick Ava up and cuddles her "big brother loves you so much. I'm so proud of you" I say as I hand her back to her mom "I'll see you guys tomorrow" I then give Joey a cuddle and tickles him "see you tomorrow little man" 

I take Harry and takes him out to the car.

The next morning Connie wakes everyone up.

"Let's get the birthday boy dressed.
Dan I had special shirts made. You can put it on later"

[Danny]

Dan smiles "want me to get him ready?"

"That would help so much. All you have to do is change his diaper and dress him"

[Danny]

I lay him on the changing table and starts removing his outfit assuming he's only wet during the night.

He reaches up and tries to pinch you

[Danny]

I tickle him "my my you soaked your pampy didn't you birthday boy. Yes you did. Yes you did" i hope there are no nasty surprises as I open the diaper and gets a wipe at the ready.

He smiles at you.

Wet diaper and all

[Danny]

I smile at him and starts wiping him clean and quickly as I know what cold air can do to a baby and I get the fresh diaper ready.

He giggles

"Bwother?"

[Danny]

(Was that his first word?)

I smile at him and gets him cleaned up quickly so he doesn't pee on me

(Sure it is)

He waves
"Hi"

[Danny]

I look shocked "mom! Harry said his first words!" 

[bigbabymikey1062]

She runs in

"Oh he did? What did he say?
Was it mama?"

[Danny]

Smiles "he said "bwother" and then he said "hi" 

Looks at Harry "can you say Dan Dan? Or mama?"

"Oh. That's good"

Harry doesn't say anything else.

"He's working on that mama. I can tell. Can you watch him while I go pick up the cake?"

[Danny]

I smile "of course I can. I love babysitting my brother. He's my cute little brother just like Ava is my cute little sister" I say as I pick him up after getting him cleaned up

"Ok. The food and bottles are in the fridge. Call if you need anything"
