Diapers. With or without clothing

T-shirt and a diaper is fun, but in the cooler months I like my PJ bottoms or fleece pants.

The cute clothes are the other half of the fun!

I usually only wear my diapers with a short t-shirt or tank top at home, along with plastic pants from time to time. I love being able to see I'm wearing a diaper that can't be obstructed by a long shirt . I would love to get a onesie and wear that too since they look so comfortable. As for going outside when wearing that doesn't happen 'cause I'm too paranoid about someone being able to tell.

When I have a diaper that is too big, I wear girl shorts over them to tighten things up.  Ya, I kind of like wearing girl items.   I have some mesh pants as well, but they can be kind of tight and chafe between the legs.  If it's cold, I will wear something, though I will just wear a turtleneck/t-shirt and pull up.   Otherwise I will have male shorts on.

I go for short shorts and a T-shirt over my thick diaper and plastic pants most of the year and in the cooler months a pair of sweat pants!

As I only wear diapers in my house, my mother was not shocked the other day when she came by unannounced and walked in on me standing in my kitchen in just a damp and messy diaper pouring a cup of coffee, I had just went shit in my diaper moments before she walked in.

For me, at home it's just a diaper and baby t-shirt or onesie. Obviously, when going out it's clothes over the diaper.

Way down south in Texas...... so T-shirt and diaper only.  When it's cold(9-14 days out of the year) I'll wear long pants.  I keep my thermostat at 78F

I like a diaper and a T-shirt. Sometimes I forgo the shirt though. I usually wear some sort of pants over them if I am sitting in my chair.

I don't usually role play, but every once in a great while (like maybe once a year), I'll dress in drag wearing a diaper under an old black velvet cocktail dress I wore to a Rocky Horror themed rave.

At night, I have a hard time sleeping with pants on over my diaper. I get too hot and sweaty. During the day, chances are I'm wearing clothes.

I suggest using Euroflex (polyurethane) pants which can breathe and hence run cooler.  PUL is the same.  PVC is always hot and sweaty - you get condensation at least.  I have made a simple elastic belt which stops my nappy falling down, even when soaked.

My preference is t-shirt and diaper only. Today I exclusively wear AB print diapers such as ABU Cushies or Rearz Safari; they're just too dang cute to cover up!

I am a very little girl, so always in a dress, skirt/blouse or babydoll, which are cool and almost next to nothing

For me, I have to be able to see my diaper. It is all part of little time, there is something about being able to see my diaper and know that I have wet or messed in it. When I am just hanging out in my room watching cartoons or playing X-box then it's just a t-shirt and diaper but if I'm out and about then I'll have on a onesie and some shorts. During the summer I sleep in just my diaper and a tank-top but in the winter the nights get pretty freaking cold here; in those cases I put on the footed pajamas.

Before my wife died and kids weren't gone, I always wore pants over my diaper. Seemed like a respectful way to not display my "fun"(even though incontinent). But in last many years, my dog is the only one who lives with me. As best as I know, he hasn't blabbed to anyone, so I go around in diaper and t-shirt. Up until last month, I always wore clothes to work but I have since retired so now the only time I put real clothes on is to go shopping or sometimes taking garbage out. I actually have taken the garbage cans out with only diaper on, but that has been late at night.  I have gone almost a whole week without big boy pants. I would never do that with company around, even though my kids and wife know I wear diapers. Funny, it wasn't until my wife died that I learned my kids knew I wore diapers. Now it isn't a big deal.

As another thought. I really wish I could go to grocery store just in a diaper and t-shirt. I've briefly considered going to liquor store only in diaper but can't bring myself to do that. I see Adrian has gone to beach in a diaper but I don't think I could do that either (I suspect girls might get away with more than an old man). I'm not sure what laws there are but I don't want to get in trouble.  And who wants to see me in a diaper?

I largely kept my plastic wearing out of my wife's sight, but now that she's gone I'm more likely than not to be wearing at least a plastic skirt around the house if not also plastic pants, and in the mornings I almost always wear a plastic dress over the plastic panties I wore to bed the night before. I'm not about to go public in any way though as I'm fairly certain that no one wants to see an old bald guy wearing a plastic dress or skirt, or plastic pants either.

Diapers and oversized shirt for sleepies ALWAYS :') unless I have a onesie on. Anything else just makes being in a dipey way too hot ¯\_()_/¯

Not trying to shame, but this is an entirely bad idea :x no one is consenting to see you out in public without clothes, whether you're wearing a diaper or just underwear. It's wildly inappropriate and inconsiderate. Keep kink between yourself and consenting individuals always, even if it's non sexual to you. I know it's easy to see ourselves as big babies, but the public doesn't see that, nor should they be made to ω`)

I prefer either a shirt and diaper or a onesie and diaper at all times, however, anytime I leave the house Im always wearing pants or shorts. Mommy doesn't allow my diapers to be covered while I am at home with her. All of her friends know about our dynamic and our lifestyle so even when company is over my diapers are on full display. That being said, most of her and our friends are kink community people so there is never any issues around it.

It depends on how I'm feeling. Because I work from home I can wear anything I want. Sometimes I wear nothing but my diaper. Sometimes I just wear a t shirt with my diaper. Sometimes I wear leggings or skintight jeans with a shirt. Sometimes I wear a footed and hooded onesie. In public though it's a different story. I either wear skintight jeans or leggings over my diaper. Then either I wear a long shirt or jacket, or I wear a skirt or dress over my pants.
