In general I wear a plastic pant over my diaper that is when I am out an about. When at home I put a cloth diaper over my disposable if not wearing just cloth. I like to be able to feel my diaper without any obstruction. In the evening I usually close the curtains and walk around in nothing less then a T-shirt and my diaper.
