Does this sound like IBS?

Okay so here is a typical day for me as far as diet goes. In the morning I always usually fry two eggs over easy and put them on toast, -'d put chopped turkey breast over the top. Around 10-11 am I will have an apple or an orange or something. Lunch typically consists of a salad with grilled chicken and Greek yogurt ranch dressing. Dinner is more protein, so it could be pork chops, more chicken, a steak, or maybe taco meat. I eat this with a small side salad or some plain jasmine rice and mixed veggies. I don't eat desert and very rarely ever eat sweats.
