That really depends on the person and their individual level of Incontinance. For myself I buy the more expensive products because I have savings in terms of fewer changes through the day and less chance of leakage. Right now I change three times a day, on a normal day, versus six or more from a cheaper product.

Because I'm at the beginning of my journey towards incontinence I usually use 6/7 nappies a day.

Sure, in absolute terms, the cost is pretty high. In relative terms, I'm willing to pay it, the same way people are willing to pay extra power bills from air conditioning in summer, or things like that.
