BabyLock
To check sizing another thing that is MOST useful is laying a tape measure next to diaper to compare apples and oranges. Works great when buying something on Ebay without a lot of bother to the seller answering questions. As always when you are between sizing measure with care - one can always make a diaper smaller but making one bigger is a mess best left to your budget and ability to fabricate a workaround ! Jamie81
Most diapers do not mean pants size 36. They mean you take a cloth tape and measure your waist. I wear 36 shorts and pants but when I measure my waist it is 39.5 inches around. There is always about a 3 inch difference between pants size and actually waist measurement Link to comment
BabyLock
A factor to consider is your waist a HIGH WAIST (navel belly button) ? Is it a LOW WAIST like low rise hip riders ? Or somewhere in between ? If the diaper is not snugged up tight it might fall down and most certainly when loaded unless a tight fitting is obtained with perhaps a snug diaper cover or onesie or shoulder straped shortall at least these will not be all too revealing of the bulging diaper within.
