When did you first return to diapers?

At around 19 or so. I got some Depends from Walgreens.

I know that some people got put back in diapers for bedwetting/pragmatic purposes (e.g. long road trips with a 4 year old), but that never happened with me.

Other than trying to squeeze into my sister's plastic pants at the age of 5 (Don't even recall why I was doing this)...I didn't pick up an interest again in diapers until about 13.   It was part of my larger school punishment fantasy.   I don't think I even tried a makeshift diaper until a couple of years later.

I've always been interested in diapers and baby stuff.  I'd watch the old looney tunes/disney/etc. etc.  cartoons where characters would be babied or turned into babies by some plot device and I'd be like "Why couldn't that be me?" or "If only it were so easy."  I didn't get the guts to go back into diapers on my own until I was 20 or so when I bought a pack of depends.  I was living on my own at the time and even then I put waaaaay too much thought into it, so paranoid was I.

I tried putting on a cloth baby diaper for the first time around age 8.  I remember trying a disposable at 10.  Neither fit, of course.  I consider my first real diaper experience at 19 when I bought a package of Surety adult diapers.  I was hooked right away.  That experience also introduced me to the world of the binge-purge cycle.  I threw away several mostly full packages of diapers over the next few years.

I put "over 30" because prior to that any attempts at me diapering were only to prevent bedwetting when I was drunk :whistling: Dang, I wasted half a lifetime denying one of my deepest desires by waiting until I needed diapers before giving them a try :P I'm trying to make up for that lost time now ;)

I first wore a diaper at ten, but didn't wear regularly until age thirty. In between I was closeted in the extreme, because I was too embarrassed to confide in anyone.

I was in my 50's when I used old pants that I hadn't thrown away yet and used to wrap myself in towels and with a couple of pairs of pants, loved the feeling of my warm pee Peeing on my tummy and letting it trickle down to my bum. I had a girlfriend just before that was a bed-wetter and never wore diapers.  The feeling of her warm pee squirting on me was a real turn-on. I got a case of depends from a freight claims auction and decided to use them since I was too embarrassed to sell them.  Since then I buy them on-line and use them whenever I get the urge and I use them till I can't get any more into them and they are overflowing front and back.

I wore pullups until probably freshman year in high school until I stopped wetting the bed at night.  I had stopped wearing until about a year and a half ago when I decided I wanted to see what it felt like again.  Once my first shipment arrived, I haven't stopped since.

I would say that I always had an interest even after I didn't need them. It bordered on obsession in some of my younger years. I discovered the made bigger diapers at some point during High school, at which point I set out to acquire some. I wear on on and off as the mood strikes me, although recently it has been waning.

Apart from wearing nappies at night as a teenager for my still fairly constant bedwetting I was in my late 40's before I started wearing nappies again.

I realized I was a DL about the time I was no longer allowed to wear diapers regularly anymore, which was around age 10.  Though, I was still allowed to use them on long trips, I strongly wanted to be using them all the time.  At about age 15, when I was cut off entirely, I started buying them on my own and using them secretly and have been doing so ever since.

I remember diapering my teddy at age six and myself at age 7.  I was the youngest so there were no diaper around for me to use.  T-shirts and bath towels were my first non wetting diapers held on with safety pins from moms sewing kit.  I REALLY desired plastic pants and ruffled panties.  These were harder to obtain, so I spent a lot of time perusing the Sears and JC Penney catalogs.

Although it would be many years before I was diagnosed as being incontinent following an enforced doctors appointment and subsequent first time referral to the continence nurse my medical notes stated I was enuretic  (a bedwetter). It was during my teenage years I realised I really liked being a bedwetter and never made any effort to become dry at night in fact just the opposite. If I woke up needing to pee I just wet my bed deliberately and drifted off to sleep again. To be honest if we had\ the internet back then and I had found sites like this I doubt I would have ever been dry at night. I always knew I was different and wanting to wet the bed was "wrong" in most peoples eyes but I never knew I was one of many. When I did become incontinent and returned to nightly bedwetting I soon settled back in to the habit. I couldn't imagine not being in nappies now

In the early 1980s i wanted some plastic pants.  I found it easier to purchase them at a medical store when buying diapers too.  I admit to a vinyl/plastic fetish interest too.  I now buy my plastic pants over the internet.

At about the time I hit 11 or so, my mom started to become incontinent (and getting to the bathroom was getting much harder for her on one leg anyway), so she'd started picking up Depends for herself. I'd take a few and use them myself. I don't think she knew even though she had to notice they were going down in number awfully quick. It took til I was in my 20s before I'd start getting diapers for myself though.

I was about 13 when I first started getting into diapers for fun, though as young as 4 I tried to put one of my baby sister's diapers on and was jealous of a couple kids at the babysitter's who had to wear diapers for naptime.  Then I had abdominal surgery when I was 28 and wound up fully incontinent for a little over a year until I got most of my control back.  Then my back was injured last year and I lost most of my bladder control.

My parents told me that when they had me toilet trained, they apparently kept some of my old diapers "just in case" I started bedwetting after being potty trained, which lasted until I found them and tried to diaper myself.  They took the diapers away, and I apparently asked to be diapered for a while after that, but they made it clear that wasn't an option.  I did have some bedwetting problems along the way when I was 5 or 6, but they didn't want to diaper me for bed, since they knew I wanted to be diapered. . .and yes, I asked to be diapered when I woke up in a wet bed. . .I really wish they'd diapered me for bed when I had a bedwetting problem.  Instead, they just let it pass naturally.

I didn't think much of it after that for a while, but somewhere around the age of 10, my grandmother started to become incontinent and I saw the boxes of adult diapers in the house and that made me wish I could be diapered, and it made me realize that diapers just weren't for babies and maybe I could wear them again, and that was roughly the same time that pull-ups came on the market and I thought that diapers for bigger kids that went on like underwear was really cool, and I wished I could wear pull-ups or diapers.

. . .but I knew my parents would never go for it.  Once I was in college, and eventually had an apartment, I started to buy them and wear them sometimes, but I'd do it rarely, and purge often because I was afraid my nosy roommate would find out.

off and on bedwetter since childhood went out of diapers at age 6, back in by age 10 when little sister started potty training. been in and out of diapers since  have had hit or miss controll since my transition.. now im basically padded at al times with various degrees of dryness based on my hormone levels.. if im close to a bathroom in fairly normal day i vcan get by with just a liner or pad, if bathrooms are farther away i best be diapered.

My earliest memories of self diapering were when I was around 10 or 11 but I had been diapered when I was about 7 by my parents for a persistent bedwetting issue.  They had stopped diapering me after a brief time but I was already hooked on the pleasure and security the diapers gave me so after my little sister was born (I was about 10 at the time)  I started to steal diapers from her changing table and put them in my undies at night.

I was interested pretty much as far back as I can remember, but didn't discover that there were others interested or take action until I was in college.

I've never been dry at night so I've pretty much been in diapers since birth. About 6 months ago I started having daytime issues so I now have some level of protection at all times. Still coming to terms with being "incotinent" rather than "bedwetter"

I first tried stealing a diaper from daycare when i was around 7 or 8, back then i didn't know what i was doing, but diapers still gave me the same comfortable, safe, feeling.
