Chef's Paddle

Was at a restaurant supply store today picking up some philly steak meat, and while shopping for a new Pizza wheel I came upon these thick/long chef's paddles for sauce mixing. 18 or 36" long, with a nice rectangle head. Under $10 for either size.

i have one at home, about 15 years old, doesnt feel much, not much sting. I would say it would hold better if it has been used a year or two than a brand new one.
