Can't upload picture for avatar

So I'm trying to upload a picture to be my profile picture from my phone buts saying the size of anything I try is too large. I can't use my lap top.

How can I get my pic up?

Not so sure. but if it's any help, how about you post the pic you want as your profile pic

Or you could use one of many picture resizers online such as:http://www.picresize.com/

Or loading up paint and doing it in there would work as well.
