Hi all, woke up today with the bed wet! It doesn't often happen but today my first thought was I wish I wasn't incontinent! I changed the bed and started my daily routine of shower, get dried and new diaper then clothes on, have breakfast and off to work. Felt a bit depressed all day but have just given myself

It happens. I wake up with a wet bed about once a week when I wet so heavily my nappy leaks. I don't worry about it any more.

It may never happen in some of our life spans, but I always think about medical science and the strides that have been made.
