Old_PA
Regarding the prostate question, my prostate was considerably enlarged and had a spot of cancer so was removed almost a year ago. I have been using Foley catheters occasionally for many years. The presence of a prostate seems to make no difference to the onset of bladder spasms. I found, however, the more frequently I catheterize, the less often do I experience bladder spasms. Perhaps I am a masochist but I really do enjoy those spasms; next best thing to an orgasm which doesn't happen much these days. Link to comment
