have been into nappies and the adult baby roleplay with my wife/mummy who has now passed away for years.i was involved in a crush accident quite a few years ago and have had several surgeries on my bowels with parts cut away.during this time I have had slight urinary incontinence due to adhesions but now I am having bowel leakage after bowel movements,these can be cleaned by wiping but not getting much help from doctors.i can handle this on a personal level but would like to get into another relationship .have been diagnosed with IBD how can I help myself

You need a new doctor if the doc isn't helping you with incontinence.
