diaperedandspanked
Has anyone else seen the new depends commercial? There's about a hundred people , men & women walking through the city streets wearing shirts and depends underwear, it was funny. Link to comment
Yuki Koneko
I just saw this commercial on CNN this morning by Depends. In the commercial, they show people walking around in just their Depends. In fact, it encourages views "the drop their pants for Depends". Another line was, they are just another form of underwear. The actors in the shoot weren't even very old either. Anyway, this just made the start of my day awesome ha ha. Here's a link: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rlQRy5lSbXU 1 Link to comment
rusty pins
I saw it for the first time last night. Link to comment
Baby Brian
That's actually awesome. I would so be part of that parade if it was really organized and enough others attended too. Link to comment
WBDaddy
It's a hell of a creative marketing strategy, though. Link to comment
Guest YoungZeppelin
I just saw it, just gained new respect for depends. 1 Link to comment
diaperedandspanked
They did go over the top with it, doubt you'll see any other brand advertise like this. Link to comment

Hookedondiapers
If you go to https://underwareness.com, there is a video starring Depend employees. Link to comment
DiapermanAl
This is good awareness for folks to realize wearing diapers is not a bad thing. Link to comment
2sail2
They should of done (or do) this in conjunction with the one in New York City where people don't wear pants. Link to comment
Bettypooh
Merging this into one topic. I am still shocked at the awesomeness of this commercial so much all I can say is WOW! Link to comment
feralfreak
is this going to be something done every year? or just a one time thing? are they doing this with more than just pullups or with regular diapers too? i only saw pullups in the videos Link to comment
rusty pins
I can't help but wonder about the Depends employees (if they were really employees and not paid actors) and if some of them might just become AB or DL's just from working around Depends all day and especially after doing that video. XyXy
Even though this is a marketing tactic, I have to admit that I like it! Hell, I may even try to find a way to participate in it, just for kicks! One of the biggest incontinence brands making a major effort to reduce the stigma cannot be a bad thing. 1 Link to comment
Dubious
So, does this mean anyone can now go in just a diaper anywhere in the states and be normal? Link to comment
rusty pins
The idea here is to make people aware of bladder leakage among all kinds of people but it seems per the news artical that the target is people under the age of 50. Link to comment
Economics
That was really cool actually. Should reduce the stigma of adult diapers. I applaud Depend here. Link to comment
BabyGizmo
This is awesome for so many reasons. The incontinent crowed will love it, and the AB group will be helped too. Link to comment
Guest
It will only work if it's deployed through the right media channels. Link to comment
diaperedandspanked
Having in on prime time television is about as good as it gets for being on the right media channels. That's where I saw the commercial. Link to comment
XyXy
Regretfully, I have to take back some of my previous applaud for this marketing campaign. I re-read this article, and to my sadness, I realized that I've been duped. On the face of it, the Depends campaign seems good, but here's some of the finer print. Link to comment
