Diapers and stress

yup. I've been stressed and kind of depressed lately, and I've been bingeing a bit. Well, relatively. Wearing for an hour or two, two days in a row feels like bingeing to me, lol.

A diaper with a beer and some sort of comedy relieves me of stress (mainly the diaper though)

Actually for me, no.

When I am particularly stressed out with Life- I tend to move far away from all of that.

I wonder if there is an identifiable physiological / hormonal reason we might have reduced stress when wearing diapers.

My wife has pointed out more than once that I crave diaper time when I'm stressed. I also crave it when I'm breathing too.....

I notice the desire gets really strong if I have had a panic attack or have been "on edge" as we anxiety people say.

i like to wear while i jog on lunch break, which means i'm doing 3 things i like at the exact same time! :-D it's a triple stress reliever!

I have high blood pressure that's why I'm going to the restroom a lot because I have high blood pressure which is bad for me

Diapers do seem to help with my stress, but given that my average stress level is about a 12 out of 10, they don't make much of a difference unfortunately.

I tend to want to wear only after the stress starts subsiding. During really stressful times diapers are often the last garment I want to wear, but once that stress starts to go away its like a week straight of diaper time.

On that computer or cell phone you're using to talk to people on the internet about diapers I'm sure if you go to Google and type "doctors near me" there will be a physician willing to take your money to help you get better. Or you could look up foods that are good for lowering blood pressure and purchase those foods accordingly. Or I could mind my own business and leave you to your own devices.

You are aware that I don't wear diapers I have only been too the doctor with my family member but I have never been to the doctor by my self and I'm sorry plstkbakdnghtnday I feel down sometimes when things go wrong for me
