During the tail end of 1969, I saw a baby being chnaged, The rubber panties and an unsual attribute, they unfastened at the crotch, were pulled UP out of the way, the diaper changed and the panties then pulled back down and refastened at the crotch. I have only seen this once and cannot provide any details such as who made them

Not only that, but the inside of the panty would be if not wet, then damp. If you are a girl with your skirts lifted that would get on your body and if you were a boy, it would get on your clothes so I do not see the advantage of them. I am used to having an additional snap-on pair that gets changed with the diaper and rinsed out right away
