This sounds interesting. I'd like to see you follow up on it. One issue I see that you might need to address is that girls would undoubtedly be admitted to this facility at various times. Wouldn't they see the other girls or talk with them at classes? Will there be any other surprise element other than initial admission or simply each girl progressing through the 'training' knowing what is to come? Not to say that such a situation would be bad either. Just a thought.
