Being spanked enough times a day can possibly damage those functions; I can't prove it, but there's always the chance.

I doubt that spankings cause incontinence, but I remember that one guy in my grade school class peed himself in anticipation of spanking. The teacher sent for the principal who gave the kid a hard paddling when he arrived. But the principal took a few minutes to get there, and the boy wet himself and made a puddle under his seat while we were waiting for the principal.

Unless by “spanking” you mean “beat someone around the lower back with a stick of firewood,” then no.

I have heard of people peeing out of fear prior to or during a spanking, but that’s not incontinence.
