Had a similar experience a few years back. Reconnected with an old friend then he had a family upset and dropped off the face of the earth. I think the worst, but don't really know.

Thanks for the encouragement...I guess I just have to wait it out to let it pass It's just been an awful two months and I want it over. It just...feels like a real void, y'know?
