For low cut I'd say Bambinos, Secure, and Eurobrief are the lowest rise I have tried. Next would be Tena, Molicare, and Tranquility.

I tried bambino dry kids but got too small size. I like something with a bit of a stretchy waist band like depends briefs. What I liked about attends was it could come off and be re taped and hold

You can shorten any diaper by folding the cover inside- as far as the padding if you like- and it does not affect how effective it is With my too-big tummy I always do this in the front

i only has a sample of the attends and that was before the bambinos so i cant really say specially since i got a the wrong size in bambino i dunno if the right size would of came up higher

I remember Lille/Kendall Maxi medium back in the day of them being plastic backed, despite them being nice and thick and had waistbands on the front and back. They rised up incredibly high to or over the belly button area.
