Probably not too good. I haven't found a good kendall product yet here in the states. Most hospitals use the kendall line.

I'm trying the Supreme Fit All-In-One Super. Ok but not as great as a Tena.

Apples and Oranges my good man. The USA equivalent of Tena's aren't noteworthy either. But the European ones are awesome. Not sure if the two Kendalls are related but even so, not even close to the same products.

When I tape a Supreme Fit All-in-one up, it looks hay-wired--the sides stick out and I've to tuck them in. Plus it's too large along the waist and sticks out of my skirt and jeans.

Not so good.

You just can't beat Tena's in the UK, I don't even rate Cuddlz as good as them.

They were one of the best diapers for the money when they were plastic backed. But now that they are cloth like they just don't fit as well. They have tapes and no landing zone so they are not adjustable when they get stretched out.
