While I concur that Tena US seems to have more products aimed at the female side, these are diapers and are unisex, so you and your privates as well as those that rank a bit higher will be good to go

Tena slip maxi that I'm wearing right now ain't exactly discreet even when dry, they swell up even more when wet.
