Loose Diaper With Poop Pouch Or Strapped Tight For Marshmallow Trick?

I'm going to do the marshmallow trick this weekend using about 6 marshmallows and was wondering if I should let the diaper sag a little bit and create a "Poop Pouch." Or should I strap it on as tight as possible in case its extremely liquidly and overflows? Its my first time and I plan on holding them in for as long as possible, it will be involuntary when they come out. Normally when I wet I strap it on while bending my knees which makes it extremely tightly and never have a leak, but when I mess I have trouble because there is never enough room for the mess. Tips please?!?!?!
