If I recall correctly, there is nothing that makes it illegal. The problem is that it's VERY easy for someone to take Mike to court over it (and possibly win). It's just not a risk he wants to take.

Thats kinda funny in a way. Here in Australia poopy pics are legal but stories - just stories/text - of underage sex will land you in court and possibly jail while the USA has zero objections. Guess which is more offensive to the average person?

US perspectives on sex are as draconian and schizophrenic as our foriegn policy. When even the Germans take a look at our collective sexual repression thinking "damn, are those guys uptight...," you know we're behind the curve.

it is truly an oddity. I have very conservative standards. but I do wish the standards we impose were at least consistent.

Concerning the recent comments, yes US law is weird, but that's the way it is And while many websites are willing to blatantly break the law, we aren't. If a website does find itself being prosecuted here, all the site data on the server goes into the hands of law enforcement- including the membership list- and we don't want that to happen. We make every reasonable effort to stay within the bounds of the law That keeps your info private, keeps us out of court, and keeps this website online for you, our members, to enjoy

That's the end goal here. We're not trying to censor anyone and we generally allow most things so long as they are legal. Things that border on legality or are questionable are reviewed by the site owner who decides what to do. We can't change the law, we can only decide what to do regarding it. Yes, there are many ABDL sites that don't follow these principles that so far haven't been prosecuted, but that's just a matter of time- they will find themselves in deep trouble sooner or later, and the more illegal content they allow the more likely that day will be sooner instead of later. There's little defense against a zealous prosecution except the ability to prove that you were reasonably diligent in trying to remain legal, which our actions here can prove

I just want to say this. Where as it may NOT be illegal in parts of hte US to post/view scat photos, i am sure alot of people might not want to see them in general. YES I know that there are alot of people who DO have a scat fetish, but there are also those that do not. This sites rules state no scat.... please respect the rules.
