I was diagnosed with Urge incontinence last year but have been wearing a diaper for about 20 years. It took this long to find a urologist that would help me. I am also a diabetic which does not help things. Although my sugar is more under control now. My doctor started me on Detrol, Vesicare and now I am using a patch which seems to help some.

Being a diabetic has caused me to have E.D. and having to wear a diaper makes for interesting times when you want to be romantic with your wife / mommy. She is 40 and I will be in a few months. I have to use some drug to help me get romantic and if I am wet that means I have to be changed and cleaned before starting to play and sometimes by the time that is done you have lost interest in it sometimes.

I am looking for ideas how to help get my wife / mommy more interested in things. She does help change me and has gotten me some baby toys and blankets.

Do it in the shower, perhaps? Then you're pretty much automatically getting rinsed.

We do that sometimes. It works well.
