Lately I've enjoyed wearing a medium NorthShore Supreme Brief with a large NorthShore booster pad both at night and during the day. This combo is very absorbent yet feels good to wet in, since the pad doesn't wick away my pee as quickly as the diaper -- and it doesn't leak nearly as soon as a pullup. Link to comment

The tapes are refastenable without landing strips and the cloth-like backing is soft and doesn't crinkle. The new ensemble seems quite snug. Link to comment
