From your description, I could almost guess what your diet is due to the speed of your digestive transit. .... high carbohydrates, sugars, and red meats and your diet needs to change, if you wish to survive the next 5-10 years. 1 Link to comment

I order all my meats well done o.o. And I'm mostly talking about getting all that McDonald's food out of my system and such. Link to comment
~Skitty~ Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 a handful of times a year, i do a detox. the first day i dont eat anything. just drink water. the second day, i drink water, pom juice, green tea. and eat apples and bananas and fruits. third day is pretty much the same but with salads. and the fourth i just drink alot of water. usually it helps me feel so much better. and can help you get into the right mind set for eating right.
