This was one of the phew good things here around that I constantly kept watching during last 5-6 months, hoping for a new chapter.

The plot was probably nothing special, but you have talent for building up realistic characters and situations. Kudos for doing a good job with if from start to the end.

What I do not understand is how I missed Brandon, his mother, Brooke, Taylor and Nicki back in 2010. I joined DD in 2006. Anyhow, Immediately after the bump I started reading and was hooked.

Yes it's because of the crash in Nov 2017 - many stories were lost and long posts like this were cleared but stayed there.
