Probably a lot. People rather don't report this thing nor they go to doctor with it. I personally know a few people who wet the bed from time to time, they are not incontinent or maybe just a bit. Really in those cases it's hard to say, one friend of mine only wets the bed when he drinks a lot of beer - could be because he is falling into a deep sleep after getting drunk and the signal coming from the brain is not strong enough to wake him to urinate, so he is sleeping and waking up with wet bed out of a sudden. One guy only leaks a bit when he is very stressed, so it's really hard to take exact statistics as it's pretty hard to narrow it under the circumstances. Although I noticed that people that knows that I'm incontinent are more open to talk to me about any kind of problems they have. Like even those two guys I've mentioned would never tell me otherwise and now they praise me from time to time saying things like: Hey, bro those diapers you recommended me from hexa & co fit my needs in 100%. Funny how your perspective changes in different situations and what people know about you

Very similar to me. I was seldom dry at night until my early 20s and then on and off throughout my adult life and then 9 dry years before my bedwetting came back in my late 40s. I have been a nightly bedwetter since I turned 50.and that was 11 years ago.

I never really stopped wetting the bed. Tried to stop using meds once and hated it. Would much rather wear a nice thick nappy to bed than take the meds.

I tried various meds they just gave me dry eyes but did nothing to curb my bedwetting. May be I wet slightly less per night but honestly I don't know. Any way I stopped taking them and just wear nappies and plastic pants at night.

Recently had some surgery to remove a good part of my prostrate to ensure good flow when I go, even as I start to go often without noticing the need.  As you can imagine, at night this really becomes a problem without diapers.  What used to be using an insurance diaper at night has become doubling up at least and even than, I found I had to wear an extra protective cover to  keep the bed  from getting wet as I am now considered a soaker when I wet!  

During the day, I am very observant to any feeling of needing to go, and am getting by with thick pads, which are often soaked as well by end of day.  Any time I get any distance form a bathroom, it is back to a thicker pullup up or brief.

Wife agreed that "we" should now go the route of thick overnight cloth diapers with soakers if necessary and am waiting on my order now to make the conversion permanently.  

Oh and about the meds the doc gave me to help with this,  they certainly do make my stomach upset, and have contributed to more headaches than I have ever had, so they will not be refilled either

The sheer range of adult incontinence products available on the general market ie non abdl products tells us all we need to know about the levels of bed wetting and regular accidents.

I’m a life long bed wetter (I’m now fully urinary incontinent) therefore my family and most of my friends are aware that I wear diapers. Because of this, I get a lot of people confide or ask advice. I know several guys within my friendship group who regularly use some type of incontinence product

Been wetting the bed for about 3 years now(36-M). Always been a deep sleeper and something just flipped in my head apparently and now my body just lets go at night. Want to say that it is stress from work plus having two young kids and all the sleep deprivation that comes from that but the doctors have been useless in figuring out why. Resigned to waking up in a wet diaper from now on.

It occurs to me I haven't actually wet my bed in over a decade. And that my current mattress has to be nearly as clean as when I bought it.

I do sleep wet every single night. And my diaper does leak on occasion. But I have a reusable bed pad I sleep on AND a fully encased, zipped shut, full mattress protector. With so many "layers" of protection am I truly a "bedwetter"?

Yes, yes I am. Per it's very definition a bedwetter is; a person, usually a child, who urinates while sleeping, esp. habitually.
