Bedwetters?

I have been a bedwetter all my life. Mine is a physical defect, that can only be "corrected" with surgery. Like that's gonna happen.

I wouldn't risk surgery either. I just rely on nappies.

Well, I am 24/7 diapers so bedwetting is easily part of it.

I'm not "real" in the sense of suffering childhood nocturnal enuresis.

I am "real" in the sense that I'm involuntarily wet at night now and can't stop it.

I guess that makes me one.

There is a lot of imagining goes along with this foible.

Some might say that real bedwetters wet in their bed rather than their nappy.

I've done both although I wear nappies to bed now. As a kid I slept in a smelly wet bed every night.

Same here my incontinence is caused by nerve damage. I wear 24/7 and am completely fine with it now. It is just part of my life now.
