I wear cloth nappies, so yes i always wear plastic pants, mainly the transparent type.

As far as I'm concerned, if I don't use plastic pants, besides the surety of eventual leakage, it's not a "real" diaper "package". Though I prefer a cloth diaper/plastic pant "package", that is not possible for me. A good thick disposable like a Molicare, with soakers, is a good and satisfactory "package" for me! Um, I like to use a diaper FULLY as intended.

Always, always.....wearing plastic panties gives me that added security of making certain things stay where they belong.

I always wear plastic pants over my disposables because the are the cloth backed kind,with plastic backed once I never did.

Always over cloth which is what I wear a home. Also over disposables when out to control leaks and odor.

My nursery ones are a bit crinkly as well.......rather like that soft crinkly sound happening in my jeans as I do my shopping and other errands.
