Surgery To Become Incontinent.
I'm planning on having a laser external sphincterotomy to render me permanently incontinent. After hours of research I have come to the conclusion its the only safe and reliable procedure. All they do is pass a small telesope into the urethra and cut into the external sphincter three time rendering me totally incontinent and dribbling constantly day and night in any position. I will always be wet because the surgery will leave me with no hope of ever regaining control again.

I wanted to talk about my experience concerning incontinence.
On Feb. 2011 i had the chance to meet a comprehensive urologist un Tunisia.
After more than 10 years of wearing Folley Catheher for long period of time i can say i was very experimented about incontinence 24/24.
But also urinary tracts....
First he convinced me to try botox injection. It was supposed to work for 6 months.
