you are 23, you are an adult, buy them, wear them, end of story

if you still live at home then don't make a big deal out of it

If you are 23 then its your life not theirs, if you live with them obviously you must follow their rules but remember you are 23 - you are an adult.

I would recommend you trying to stay as discreet as possible, just order them, and wear them if that is what you want to do. You're 23 years old, you are now living your own life. If you still happen to live at home, you should recognize that your folks will figure it out fairly quickly that you are wearing diapers, espcially if you are doing it 24/7. If and when they ask about them, be as honest as possible, and just tell them its your life. Be prepared though....your folks might ask you to move out or go to see a pshrink. It is possible.

I would recommend against out and out telling your folks you want to go back into diapers, but if they find out and ask, honesty is the best policy....they probably will know more at that point than you think.
