hmm well... Eat a lot to begin with! If you wan't to push everything out at once then make sure you eat a lot of fibers with it! i found out that if you eat a lot and a little bit more greasy you go smaller but softer. laxatives kan be a beginning tough... me myself cant hold it for days, because i have to go up to 3 times a day... As for leaks i recommend a larger cloth diaper! since they go a lot higher at the back they contain more mess! Even if you double up with disposables it will creep up at the back! (at least that's what i have).

Hi everybody, Last week it's been insanely hot where i live! Normally it's not like this, but for the last 3 years it seems that heatwaves in the summer are here to stay! With temperatures of 35°c and even 40°c in the sun you can say it's pretty hot! I stay hydrated all the time but you know... at those temperatures you sweat most of it out! Now are there tips to wearing diapers during this temperatures because sometimes it can become quite uncomfortable... Because i'm a bit sensitive to this kind of heat i have the tendency to sweat A LOT! So how do you survive this kind of heat?

Hey there, i was wondering: what do you guys and girls do for a messy diaper, any tips and tricks or just some good advice? For example: is there a good way to tape a diaper when intended to use for wetting and messing? Because when i take a sit, everything just starts creeping up at my back. thanks!
