I thought I'd ask how you are getting on with your journey? I'm quite happy with my progress so far, starting to get almost daily bladder spasms and feel its becoming far more natural to simply relax and let things flow. Obiously no wet nights yet or genuine reflex BMs however it is far easier ti simply let go without really pushing already, but I'm never yet been taken by surprise by it.
