  1. What’s your preferred diaper? Does it change for nighttime versus day? These are the two I see most talk about. Trest is my favorite but obviously the cost is a lot for daily use:(
  2. Wow. Lol. Ironic response. I was looking for foods to help make me healthier in both in the realm diapers and non diapers. I feel folks here are actually really well in touch with their bodily functions more then most so I value such information . Not at all looking to try anything unhealthy. Not sure what gave that impression. I even recognized my soda and energy drinks could be problematic. So kinda the opposite of what you’re suggesting. To me what’s unhealthy is when we project our own shame and preconceived notions without fully understanding. All the same thank you for your response and time ☺️
  3. Hey y’all. I wanted to hear how, if at all, you’ve changed your diets to better help a diaper lifestyle. I like to toy with 24/7 stents, longer each time but one of the things that usually ends it for me is dealing with the messy side. I know the classic suggestion like yogurt helps, which I need to get better at but what foods help y’all in this endeavor? I’m trying to get more fiber and stuff but my ? never seems healthy, with or without diapers. On a good day I’ll mess four times or more all really lose. I feel I need to still improve my gut health, diapers or no diapers. I was shocked to learn some don’t even go every day? foods I’ve tried adding into my diet include: quinoa, more fruits, cauliflower, broccoli, salads. I don’t eat red meat or all that much fast food. I do have a weakness for diet sodas and energy drinks which I think might not be helping. So ya, I’d love to hear your take on the “diaper diet” Thanks in advance!
  4. What app did you guys find most useful
  5. As I delve more and more into this world, I realize the importance rash cream plays! What are y’alls skin care routine, to not only to prevent rashes, but to keep the skin happy and healthy over time? I do the basics like desitin, but my gut tells me you folks fingered way better routines out. Someone told me there is a spray type version?!?! Is it worth anything? Finally, I notice my skin is starting to get a little darker around the area the diaper sits(hips especially). Beside not having the diaper too tight, what are some things to reduce or get it to stop/go away. Thanks in advance for the help!
  6. This has taken me a little longer to get to then it should have, but I wanted to thank you all so very much for all the kind, thoughtful, and sincere responses. My appointment was last Friday, but it has taken me a few days to soak everything in, so to speak?. Based on all the encouragement and support on this thread, I decided to do something I never thought I would. I wore my diaper to the doctors as a test to prove to being true myself, to be more authenticity me and to be open and honest with my doctor. Long story short and absolutely nothing sort of amazing for my psyche, my doctor stated he was impressed by my confidence, and gave me a fist bump for me being true to myself and brave. And the appointment moved as anyone would expect. Now, less and less stops me from continuing on this journey. Only time will tell where it goes but I count myself fortunate that folks like yourselves took time out of your day to help a stranger. So a very big thank you ❤️ And yay, I got a clean bill of health
  7. Thank you for all the wonderful comments and suggestions. It’s a little nerve-racking because I don’t have much of a rapport with this doctor, and I don’t want it written down in my records. So if I do it I think I’ll just request that if it comes up. I know it will be seen because I have to get my testees examined As a basic part of the routine of the physical. I know I just need to own this new part of my life, and not give a damn?
  8. So question. I have a physical coming up later this week. And I’m really not sure what to do about the whole diaper thing. In trying to keep true to the concept of accepting myself as a person that needs diapers full time, it seems like taking two steps back not going to the doctors dressed how I am everywhere else. I want and increasingly need my diapers full time. I’ve been damn near 24/7 that last three months, and even pretty steady before that. I haven’t even used the potty in the last month or so even once and take diapers pretty seriously. I know I could make it super easy on myself and just take off right before I go in and back on right before I come out. But I feel this is sending my brain the wrong signals and message like that there is something wrong with diapers. If asked I wouldn’t lie and say it was medical, I’d say it was a personal comfort thing. Anyone else have any experience? Thanks for the input!
