Better get someone you trust to be your Power of Attorney before you end up on court appointed guardianship. If they get your meds wrong you will achieve IC, and hallucinate, I use to work in the field and have seen it happen to people where they declined over the course of a weekend, believe me, it is not the fantasy you are looking for, you need to fess up and explain your kink, get someone you trust involved and legal assistance.
