  1. Wonderful! Maybe this could help those trying to bedwet! I know that being cold and then getting into a warm bed knocks me out... add a full or filling bladder to the mix and I'm soaked by morning!
  2. So... I recently was reading about cold-baths as a way to reduce inflammation and began trying 60 degree baths before bed. (Fahrenheit of course!) I am not talking about ice baths... a slightly less crazy cousin of those. What I found (apart from them being unpleasant at the time) is that I dropped off to sleep quickly once in bed and wrapped up for the night and I wet a lot in my sleep which I almost never do. Any ideas, thoughts, or theories on this?
  3. So...how do you maintain the desire? I have always been amazed that people can just start into diapers full time and not look back. I find that after as few weeks I fall off the wagon only to have the need and want return a week or so later with a vengeance (and feeling angry at myself for stopping again). I then have to start again having lost my progress. I need a way to break through that wall to stay 24/7. Starting and stopping and planning are eating too much of my time. I need to set things in motion and let them run their course. Maybe this should be a new post?
  4. Work on urinary... bowels will follow. Pelvic floor relaxation is the key. There is no safe shortcut...
  5. I'm sure that will reduce the buildup of plaque on your testicles as well.
  6. I saw in some older posts that a company was working on a valve to put on the end of a cath tube to prevent backflow and infection. The holey-foley seems a bit much for me as I am new to cathing. I just want to let it drain freely into a diaper, no alterations and no bag. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? I apologise in advance if I missed a follow-up on this. Point me the way if I did.
  7. How long did this take? Curious. I am doing 24/7 now, but just began about a month ago.
  8. So... sorry for the bad advice I gave towards the beginning about HR (it did work out well for me, though). You seem to have a good system already set up. Seems like your biggest problem is anxiety about what other people think. With a wife who accepts you as you are you already have more than most. Focus on the positive!
  9. Prevail per-fit... usually stuffed with an Aldis size five as a booster for daytime. I use a piece of cut flannel sheet as a protective layer for messes to extend the life of the disposable. Cloth boosted with an old towel and flannel sheet segment under vinyl pants at night. On a budget, but it works for being 24/7 for 50 dollars a month. Thankfully we have a washer to launder the cloth.
