  1. If it were just while I was awake then yeah, I would. I've long been tired of readjusting my clothes and worrying about leaked-out half moon wet stains on my pants. I could care less about wearing when I'm asleep.
  2. Cloth with plastic pants or disposable - both with a diaper cover, a workout top, and socks. I prefer cloth, but it gets old having to wash them nearly every day. I've gotten lazy the past few months and will take it off in the shower and will let the water rinse then I'll wring out as much as I can. I'll do that 2~3 times/days, then I'll wash them on "Sanitize."
  3. Down, but it ends up getting so limp/ soft that it ends up aiming forward.
  4. I understand that. I had several accidents when I was in school. You may want to try a more "premium" cloth backed. You can still undo/ loosen a strap to pee while still have good protection from a blow out. Though I'd still recommend the plastic panties as a JIC.
  5. I agree. Also, a good pair of plastic panties would hold any smell at bay until you could change.
  6. I wear diapers nearly every day, but on the few I don't I'll have a Poise long pad on which work as an adequate surrogate. Wetting while driving isn't a problem for me. Its been happening for years now. Bed wetting is happening more. Maybe 4~8 times a month. It has been the hardest to achieve, but I'm progressing. Messing has always been easy for me so this part, while unintended, happens fairly frequent with or without a diaper on. There have been times where I'll be doing something and I feel the poop sliding out and I just can't stop it. All that I do is hope its not much and clean myself up in the nearest bathroom. Also I feel that it takes too d*mn much effort to undo a disposable just to *maybe* make it to the toilet in time. I'll deal until I can change. Tidbit: A toilet actually puts the sphincter in a bad position causing an incomplete void.
  7. I used the girls Goodnites for a long time as well and were really happy with them before I began having heavier wettings. My only issue was that I would sometimes leak when I was single and would occasionally share the bed with platonic female friends. They all knew about the occasional bedwetting and that I wore diapers to bed. It just sucked when I'd wake up and there be a wet spot on my side of the bed with them right there.
  8. We're heading down just after Memorial Day and will be there until the 4th. It's a 15~18 hour drive depending on the weather and traffic. Every time I've driven I've been in a Bambino Bellisimo, but I'm now wetting and unintentionally messing much more frequently than even 6 months ago and I'm worried that I'll have an evacuation that the Bambino won't be able to contain. I'll be wearing plastic panties, but I'd like some recommendations on other diapers. I still want it to be plastic backed but It can't be crazy bulky or overtly crinkly. I have a couple weeks for trial and error to make a final decision. Thanks for your suggestions!
  9. It all depends for me. If I mess while I'm out running errands or shopping I deal with it until I can change somewhere convienent. I ignore it like it didn't happen while at home. With friends or family, I try to cover the smell the best I can until I'm able to change. On trips I'll change the first chance I can get. At work is insufferable since I don't have time to clean and change.
  10. My wife had told me about it and how well PTSD veterans are responding to the treatment. Not just Iraq and Afghanistan vets, but the Vietnam veterans as well.
  11. Yesterday at work. I was on the assembly line when my stomach hit me like a ton of bricks! I fought it for a solid 45 minutes until I began sweating. I finally lost control and burning hot diarrhea rushed my cheap diaper. The baby cloth prefold diaper I use as an insert absorbed the liquid but the poop was a whole other story! It had ran all the way to the front, and I couldn't change the remaining 3 hours of my shift. It was one of the worst accidents I've had while at work. I made it through, but I still ended up with poop blowing out while driving home. Lesson learned: wear better diapers and some kind of cover.
  12. Wow. I would've expected a few more posts than this... Anyway. Here's mine! We bought our first home last year. It's been a pain almost the whole time because we keep finding things the the previous owners neglected, did half-a**, or just didn't make sense what-so-ever. Well you'd figure that you get something back from Uncle Sam because you bought a home. NOPE! We owe $4200 to the good ole IRS and, somehow, $2000 to the escrow company. Now we have to pay the escrow by the end of the month or our mortgage will go up $200. And because someone filed the taxes wrong (Not me), we owe and additional $400 for last years taxes. We had planned on having a kid this year, but with these debts on top of finding out that we don't even qualify for the tax credit it looks like I'll be the only one in the house wearing diapers.
  13. ... Wow, that pic is so much bigger than I thought it'd be...
  14. My Wife is a nurse so She has to change folks at Her job. She doesn't want to come home and have to change or check me, nor do I want her to. I don't even change in front of Her because I still feel weird about Her seeing me do it. We treat it a just another part of our life. She's known since we've been together, 12 years, that I had wetting issues every now and then, and knew that I had come to enjoy wearing them. She's been supportive and tolerant with it, especially this past year. I've had several bladder and bowel accidents after I hurt my back at work so we've been playing it on the safe side and I'm in some form of protection almost everyday. Not necessarily 24/7, but it's closer than I've ever been. We haven't told anyone that I wear, but Her mom will know soon after we find out about my back. I asked Her to tell her just in case my diaper is poking out one day and she won't have to awkwardly ask my Wife why I have a diaper on.
  15. It all depends on your job. For me I work in the paint plant for an auto manufacturer. I wear a full coverall suit so no one ever sees when my diaper is buldging and puffed out. That is until it's time to leave. Then I have my lunch bag swung behind my butt to minimize how much people would see me waddling. It gets tricky during the summer when I'm wearing shorts.
