well, just didi some soft yoga exercises for like an hour , following a youtube video, it was heaven . i even peed my napnap two time two time during exercises, and the pee/poo melt just keep pressing my crotch....

I do like to wear girly / babyish stuff when i mess my diapdiap . and sucking on a pacifier, make it much more "helpless feeling"

can be as long as 12 hours i guess, mostly 2-3 hours . i'm a heavy wetter, so it tends to make a golden brown full diaper within 2 hours . But when i got some frzee time, i love to make it longer and watch poop ooze from the side .

i 've made a big big big poopy in my reaerz princess nappy like an hour ago . I peed a lot too, and made some soft gym exercises with tight leggings and plastic pants on .

I simply manage to hold my poopy for some days (3 is the max i can achieve) . I did reuse an already messy diaper to poop again on it, but i don't do that anymore . Just holding is fine . I never had the back leak issue, it rather goes all in front if you squish it the right way :p . But definitely, holding is the best way to make giant, big, smelly poopies <3

meh...i was probably abdl whi ignore himself because i doesn't know what's an abdl . young teen, i had tons of habits that came along drug using to be honest . Peeing myself on bed, sucking pacifiers, liking to put thick towels on my underwear and pee them....i quicly evolved in like 2 years (17-19) from exploring to being a watersport amateur, to discover some diaper vids and started wanting to try and pee them . so here it start . I did something like this two weeks ago . I wore my diapee under my clothes all day, only peeing in it, but i was holding since morning ... At the second i passed the door to exit workplace i bent a little and release everything in my nappies. That was thrilling, i just standed still a few minutes smoking a cigarette, just enjoying the moment . The 15 minutes walk home were very pleasant too
