  1. ABU just announced a production delay and moved back the release date. On the plus side they also announced they will be producing a plain white version for those not into the AB thing.
  2. You are going to wake the bear bumping this thread. Tykables Overnights, Bambino Teddy/Classico, ABU Preschool will probably be your best three to try.
  3. SDK's and Kiddos are my go to diapers. I personally like their scent, but can't compare it to pampers as I have no reference. I agree with DL4LIFE, try a pack and I'm sure you'll be pleased.
  4. I remember having an accident during nap time in kindergarten. The only other time I can think of was around the time I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. Both my parents worked so I had to go to the YMCA daycare after school until they picked my brother and I up. I dont remember the particular reason why I ended up having to pee with such urgency. I just remember peeing my pants as I fumbled with my belt trying to pull my pants down in the bathroom. I was at least fortunate my little accident happened a few minutes before my mom picked me up.
  5. If I have the room to myself I'm wearing for sure. I'll do my best to keep things out of sight and usually dispose my diapers in a outdoor trash can.
  6. I remember being around 4 or 5 when I started to take an interest in diapers. My brother is 4 years younger than me. I recall a failed attempt at sneaking one of his diapers. I had just been put to bed and a few minutes afterwards I got out of bed and stripped naked on the floor next to my bed and opposite my bedroom door. I had already stashed a diaper there and began to open it up. I must have been making some noise because right then my dad opened my door and asked what I was doing. From where he was standing the diaper was hidden from view. I remember jumping up and saying "I'm gonna sleep naked." He made me get dressed and go back to sleep, but never saw the diaper. Almost getting caught made me stop trying for years. Once my brother was out of diapers my mom for whatever reason kept two disposable diapers in the guest bathroom under the sink. I would play with those some times, but I always had to put them back out of fear she would notice they were gone. Middle school years is when I started to make my own diapers and use them during the few hours I had to myself at home after school. Puberty combined with solitude took my diaper desires to the next level.
  7. I'll second that. Bambinos attempt was a swing and a miss in my opinion.
  8. I have printed versions of both. This was a last minute decision, so I went with what I had in my stockpile.
  9. I thought about getting some of those just for this trip.
  10. I'm choosing to wear the Tena's because if I get pulled aside or if my bags get searched I'd prefer them to assume I have some medical need. I doubt they'd inquire ether way, but at this time it's what I'm more comfortable doing.
  11. It really comes down to personal preference. I have hundreds of premium AB diapers from most of the manufacturers and yet I still find myself wearing a SDK V2 or a Kiddo 95% of the time. You're just gonna have to try different things until you find what YOU like. I like all of my diapers, but some more than others.
  12. Wednesday will be my first time flying while diapered. Tena Slip Active Fit Maxi will be my diapers of choice for the trip. SDK's or Kiddos are what I want to wear, but like most have said the medical style diapers will raise less suspicion.
  13. 24/7 would be ideal, but I get to wear enough that I can complain.
  14. I still consider myself a DL, despite wearing primarily AB diapers. During the winter months a onesie or footed pajamas get thrown in the mix as well. Pacifiers, bottles, stuffed animals do nothing for me and I have zero interest in being a baby again. 10/90 split max I'd say.
  15. I'm sure it was water. In the video they posted, it looked like water with blue coloring. I have a home gym and often work out with a full or near full diaper. Almost always a SDK or Kiddo with a I think 4000ml capacity. Usually end up on the scale at the end. For shits a giggles I sometimes do a with and without diaper measurement. Usually a 2-4 pound difference. I'm sure PeakABU will hold more, but I doubt it will get anywhere close to 13 pounds in the real world.
  16. They are starting to grow on me. Counting down the days.
  17. ABU's tapes will hold up to the abuse. I just wish these were a single tape design. Regardless, once available I'll be like.... https://goo.gl/images/iXfiJB
  18. Not quite sure I like the print design, but with 6250ml's of claimed absorbency I'll definitely be giving them a try once available. https://us.abuniverse.com/product/peekabu/
  19. I used to have that problem when I used cheaper disposable diapers. Since I switched to premium stuff my junk stays put. The added thickness keeps things in place and when wet the swelling locks things in even more.

DL, I predominantly wear AB diapers with prints limited to the landing zone area. Kiddos being the exception. I like to see a distinct cutoff between wet and dry spots and all over prints get in the way.
  21. Around 30 hours is my longest time spent in one diaper. Typically daytime diapers will last anywhere from 3-6 hours and nighttime diapers 8-12 hours.
  22. I just moved a few months ago. First time I've had everything out at once.
  23. I wear SDK's about 90% of the time. Kiddos have been a recent preference as well, but they kinda fall under the same ABU single tape family.
