Anyone have a copy of Meg and Zoeys baby day it was posted on here but was lost recently and I haven't found it anywhere else

I have recently tried my samples of ABU Preschools, I had a sample of both the small and medium size as my waist measurement is at the top end of one and the bottom of the other with the small both sets of tapes where either on or near the edge of the landing zone and the waistband sat just over my belly button, with the mediums the lower tapes where towards the outer whereas the upper tapes met in the middle with and inch or so of plastic above my belly button. Around my legs I cannot say I noticed much difference but the smalls where abit tighter at the top of my thighs. In this situation where one is between sizes is it better to go up or down or does it not really matter?

I bought some drynites of ebay and got some 3 loose 2006 drynites in with a bunch of the current design, however I have noticed in these 3 that the padding seems really stiff with a kind of grainy feeling compared to the newer versions, is it a case that diapers expire eventually or is there something I can do to salvage them?

I have been having what I think is an issue with fit when I have been wearing, now I could be completely wrong and it could be a case of that is how things are meant to be in which case completely disregard this. The past few times I have worn I've been ending up with gaps at the top of my thighs around the area marked with the black dot, I did wonder if this was a size issue but I have had the same experience with both smalls and mediums adult nappies and both 4-7 and 8-15 drynites
