If anyone is having a problem with a tunnel plug staying in then I suggest going larger or finding a new brand. I have small/med sizes is assorted brands. Med is about as big as I can go, any bigger than the med sizes I have and it would be uncomfortable. The small ones do feel a bit small and yet at the same time I've never had a problem with them comming out.

I just make a batch of oatmeal and freeze it overnight. I take it out for 30-40 minutes prior to insertion (still quite a bit cold but not freezing). A banana followed by oatmeal shaped and sized the same as a banana is quite brutal. Takes 40-50 minutes for the oatmeal to start leaking out ever so slowly (takes 20~30 minutes depending on how hard you try to hold it). Slightly frozen oatmeal works great as a time release, helps trick your mind into thinking you can hold it and resist the urge to go. Once the oatmeal is gone, the banana takes only a few minutes at the very most (sometimes takes just a few seconds) before it is impossible to hold in and you release all at once.

I actually just realized that the girls L/XL actually has a tighter waist than the boys. Only ever bought a few packs of the girls L/XL and it was to use as stuffers for Prevail PM's/Abenas around the time I started just wearing adult diapers instead of pull-ups. Anyhow, went to the store last night and they where out of the boys so I just got the girls. After using goodnites (boys) a lot recently I noticed that the girls was just much much tighter. As a 32/33 size waist the boys feel fine and not too tight, yet the girls seems a bit tight around the waist and they are a bit hard to get on.

What's the best baby diaper to use as a stuffer?
dlfox91luv replied to Padded53's topic in Diaper Lovers
Just recently tried pampers baby dry s6 as I couldn't find cruisers s7. I would suggest either pampers brand or goodnites (though you really need to make deep cuts in goodnites as goodnites trap urine well). If you can barely fit into pampers I would suggest using that as a stuffer and possible goodnites. The goodnites seem to make the pampers tab and waist from ripping as often. I'm about a 32/33 inch waist and the end of the tabs go in about a half inch on either side of the diaper so I just barely fit without modifying it. For being a thin baby diaper and a youth pull-up, they do swell up nicely and hold. At the same time I don't get as hot as if I where using an Abena. Goodnites as stuffers are better for long term wetting.- 11 replies

((Note: These ways cause incontinence though not just naturally (like 12 step method), wasn't sure what you're looking for. These are just ways for incontinence when you desire)).

My waist size is about 32-33 and the L/XL are a snug fit around the waist but not tight.

Best Store Bought Diapers, Reviews/tips/advice
dlfox91luv replied to Southernranger's topic in Diaper Lovers
Honestly, the only store bought diaper other than the few times I found depends, maximum protection (3 tab diaper) was Prevail PM's, a cloth backed diaper. I found them once in a blue moon at a local pharmacy here and there. You just need to look around I guess. I honestly don't buy diapers from stores anymore unless they are goodnites or other "youth" diapers. I just order online :3- 14 replies

I go through amazon for Abena M4's. I am honestly suprised you got molicare diapers for that cheap D:, as they are usually more than Abena M4's. You should pay no more than 1.15-1.20$ per abena m4. For me, even at a local med supply shop Molicare Supers (not sure if you bought the "soft/soft super" or w/e they are) but for me the best Molicare diapers are like 1.30-1.50$ ish per. Still havn't tried the best molicare diaper, only had the cloth style ones, which hold much less.

The only time I got to 60+ I held my breath for for two intervals 55 seconds and up. The first time I did 60 seconds I could feel my bladder start to weaken. Towards the last 20 seconds of the second time, pee started to dribble out for a split second, then my body would cut it off, then I would pee for a split second, then my body would stop it and so on. The only time I made it to 65, by about 35 seconds I started to pee way more. Still never got close to completely voiding my bladder or anywhere close to voiding my bowels. Took a few trys and havn't been able to hit 55+ since. I wouldn't call this the holy grail as it is a bit uncomfortable, as it takes mind over matter in a way. But in the end it isn't too bad. I would honestly rather use a foley catheter. Catheters are a bit uncomfortable but it doesn't take mind over matter or give you the feeling like you're about to die. Although I will admit, it would feel nice in a wierd way to involuntary void your bowels without the use of laxatives, enemas, or even a butt plug for that matter.

Close To Incontinence With A Catheter
dlfox91luv replied to dependsfavorite's topic in Incontinent-Desires
Anyone know where to get foley catheters online? -
Those who only have to drink a lot before bed are lucky, and I have enurisis. Though much less frequent than before, there are some rare nights I wake up wet. Never really thought of trying to go back to nightly wettings.
