I would say my incontinence and the requirement to wear diapers was something that I turned into a love of diapers. I figured if I have to wear them, why not enjoy them and make the best of it. I was a AB at first and now find myself more of a DL. -
What's your preferred high-activity diaper?

When out an avout for the day, my go to active diaper was Dry 24/7 until they closed then I switched to Betterdry and Rearz Day Dreamer. At home, I am usually in cloth diapers and plastic pants -
I've been 24/7 for over 30 years now and can't remember the first time I changed in public. I do remember being scared of every crinkle and noise as I ripped the tapes away. Of course, I do not have as much of an issue with cloth diapers and plastic pants. That is when I went to snap on plastic pants when out and about. I do not even care anymore and change when I need to, of course away from the public eye!

After many tests, I was finally diagnosed me with a chronic neurogenic bladder with related mixed urinary incontinence as the result of diabetes insipidus with polyuria and chronic bladder dilation

I would go for a thick diaper and plastic baby pants that is changed in front of anyone. I also like the idea of the thick diaper that keeps my legs spread, too.

Well said, I have tried so many RX's and all seem to come with complications. I find good old IC management with diapers is the best for me.
