So some of you may be aware of my story. But in short, for the last year and a half I have been working with my urologist to treat some urge incontinence that has gotten progressively worse over time. The point of this post is that for about nine months, I gave up caffeine as a potential cause of my issues. But it just gets worse with or without caffeine. So that creates the issue in my mind, should I give up things that I love. (like caffeine) if I just wet my pants anyway.

When I started leaking, I thought about pads, but now days anything less than an Abena won't make it for more than three hours, which just won't do. I work long hours and can't change very often.

You guys are really helpful and nice, that is refreshing. I'm the head manager here and unfortunately there is no office. But I do have a regional manager who could conduct a sensitivity training for me. One of the two employees that were with me is either feigning ignorance or is too nice to say anything or didn't see it. And the other one saw it for sure, but has been relatively quiet about it. At the time I started the post I was afraid of the disrespect. But it hasn't been that much of a problem.

I have an appointment with a Dr this Tuesday. We will see what he says.

Well I need them every day, and abena is the most desirable because I can't change really at all and that is the only one I feel like will work for that. But I do like the slightly larger clothes idea

I want you all to know that I am not a diaper hater, but it is a little hard to love them sometimes. I love them alot better than wet pants but today at work (i work at subway) the top part of my abena was showing and customers were shameless staring me, and coworkers to. To make matters worse I am the manager here I don't want little punks disrespecting me because of my underwear you know. Any way that sucks but like most of you, when I am alone, or in public places and no one knows about my diapers, I like them a lot more than the alternative. My point is that the stupid stigma of them really sucks.any thoughts?

The bed wetting and daily wetting has become chronic. So I wonder if I have some undiagnosed head injury. Thanks everyone for support.

So, I was actually thinking about it. I was mugged at about that time, and they kicked my head a bunch of times, it caused a concussion. But it didn't really triggered any incontinence right away. I started bed wetting about three or four months later.

About a year and a half ago I wet my bed. And today I wet uncontrolled. Urologist has given up on me saying it isn't life threatening. Go seems to think I am good and healthy. What do you all think. I have no other symptoms. No back pain nothing. Am I alone?
