  3. I don't think I have any prostate problems. I have no trouble peeing but over years have got used to just dribbling without clenching and now I pee in little dribbles and gushes. I believe my sphincters have got weaker from prolonged wearing and maybe thats why the stream is weaker?

When I've had a nappy wearing binge my bladder becomes over-sensitive and the smallest amount of urine in my bladder feels uncomfortable and and I have to use toilet and pee, this will be only a very slight dribble in toilet and I have to remember to clench afterwards. My bladder has become over-sensitive and I'm noticing I'm using the toilet more often when not wearing and my stream is weaker. I'm waking up straight from sleeping to use the toilet in the night multiple times and really it isn't a full bladder anymore and the stream isn't strong like it used to be. I always pee while taking a poo. I go through long binges wearing and I wet at the slightest urge without clenching, this has become a habit now. I just dribble and gush all day without much notice keeping everything relaxed. when peeing in my nappy it doesn't have the volume and its week I like the thought of IC but keep chickening out just going 24/7 for months. Am I becoming incontinent? What will be my next symptoms if I just went 100% wearing? I think I already have a overactive bladder? What would be next?
  5. I think if I was looking for incontinence surgery the best and easiest option would be the Lords Stretch. This procedure was used to treat Haemorrhoids many years ago but got out of favour because of the significant risk of fecal incontinence. It's relative simple and if anal stretching is done properly will result in permanent fecal incontinence. http://fissuresurgerymd.com/anal-dilation-lords-operation Although this procedure fascinates me and I don't think it would be that hard to find somebody willing to do it especially in Eastern Europe or Turkey if I thought about it rationally permanent fecal incontinence would suck. I read that if done right the incontinence would be total and passive which means you'll be unaware that you have messed yourself. If I put this into protective when I have gone 24/7 for urine only incontinence pretending and needed a bowel movement while wearing 90% of the time this was inconvenient and would of caused severe embarrassment had I messed myself and there is no hiding a poopy nappy. With passive fecal incontinence I will mess myself 2/3 times a day for the rest of my life and there is nothing I can do about it.

    I wouldn't call you blessed. If I wanted to wear nappies I wouldn't let a partner come between my nappies and me. I can and will wear nappies when ever I want.
  7. I believe my sphincter muscle is becoming weaker from my prolong 24/7 wearing and wetting at the slightest urge and not excising my sphincter by clenching. I'm very good at renaming relaxed. I'm been doing this for a few years in binges but when I hit a purge I start using the toilet again. I have noticed I am getting post-micturition dribble after using the toilet. I have wet drops in my pants. As well as it's taking me longer to get rid of the constant urge to pee, constant feeling I have pee in my bladder and when I use the toilet its a little dribble/stream which resembles when I'm wetting in my nappy as its always a little dribble or gush. What would happen to my continence if I finally carried on with the binge for months and continue wearing nappies wetting at the slights urge. What would the progression be?

  9. Jumping in here with night time wetting. On my first/second/third attempts at gaining nighttime incontinence I tried the drinking loads of water before bed approach which they suggested in the Diaper Training Program. This would result in me waking up shorty after with a bursting bladder and unable to relax my sphincter meaning I had to get out of bed and wet, this often saturating my nappy which then needed to be then changed. Over time while wearing during the day I would concentrate at wetting and keeping my sphincter completely relaxed trying not to clench. This was hard to do as my sphincter would reflexively clench as soon as I started to pee. I would have to concentrate to un-relax it then wet. Urine would build up meaning I always flooded, after wetting I always reflexively clenched shut again, had a bit of stinging as well. I practiced and practiced not clenching and remaining completely relaxed. It took some time to be able to wet freely, it was a slow progression in my wetting abilities. I know wet in dribbles and gushes without automatically clenching, this is throughout the day and my nappies hold up pretty good without leaks. I can wear a Tena Slip Plus for hours without leaking because I'm wetting in dribbles. I never flood now. Back to the night time wetting I practiced wetting while lying down, this keeping my sphincter relaxed and open. That took some doing but after a while I was able to wet lying on my back, then I started lying on my side, surprisingly I took to wetting lying on my side much easier than on my back. I can now wet in any position in dribbles and gushes. Before bed I have a glass of water and when I awake I made the habit of wetting then falling back to sleep. When I can remember its only a gush or dribble, I do this multiple times a night and I wake up in a wet nappy. I noticed when I turn over I have involuntary dribbling I wear BetterDry during the night and they never leak even when sleeping on my side. I'm not IC as I have strong bing/purge cycles and in a purge always retrain myself but have never lost my ability to wet at the slightest urge when wearing nappies or even when lying in bed. I have lost some continence. Also since my antipsychotic medication change my libedo has come back and I've been in a binge constantly wearing for 6 weeks straight. Got the constant urge to pee all the time. When pee is in my bladder it feels uncomfortable. Got post post micturition dribble also with weak stream. I have to actively clench my sphincter when out of nappies.
  10. Middle/late 1990's Tena Slips were available in the U.K. So were Attends and Molicare. I wore Tena Slips from 1997 to 2003 when I was a teenager every night not due to IC but child psychologist told my foster parents I had attachment disorder from being a abused child so they were a comfort to me. My foster parents let me wear every night from 11 to 17.
  11. I found the best approach to wet wile lying down is to be on my back with my knee bent up and concentrate to wet. Keep sphincter relaxed and open. At first you're going to have sphincter reflex clench. I did, with practice after a few days it become second nature like with standing/walking/sitting. I am now able to wet in any position without clenching and this is a learned behaviour so even when not been wearing for a week or two I am still able to wet in any position without clenching. I do believe this has had an effect on my continence since I've been doing this.
  12. I'm able to wet in drips and dribbles without excising my sphincter muscle. This way I never leak too. After a few weeks doing this wearing 24/7 I have to do sphincter clenching excises as I have a contact urge to urinate and when I do it's a small weak stream, I have to use the toilet multiple times a hour to to relieve the urge. I know if I continue wearing I would defiantly lose continence.
  13. I forget what progress I've made over the years. I am able to wet anywhere.. Walking, chatting to people., etc I think I already have a weakened pubococcygeus muscle as I have post void dribbling, find it hard to get erections, small penis, weak urine steam. I'm also getting overactive bladder as have a content urge to pee. I just wish I could brake the binge/purge cycle.
  14. I'm very adapt at just dribbling and gushing without pushing and keeping my sphincter open without clenching. I get a near content feeling of an urge to pee. When I pee it's a little dribble and urge doesn't go away. Its taken many years of binges/purge to get to this point. What happens if I keep this up for until 1st Jan 2021? Thats the goal I've set.
