I am curios if the doctor gave you any restrictions like lifting and for how long? I may look into this down the road. please keep us all updated.

first off congratulations on your achievement. I have a couple diaper recommendations as for trest they are very good and hold a lot also little for big offers a good diaper. the northshore brand tends to fit too big on me. with me having urge, stress, overflow and oab i will be following along with you progress. I would look into getting Protec briefs for nighttime, they are like shorts with a leak proof outer shell and absorbent inside.

We all have different reasons and reactions (leakage, dribbles full incontinence). I am somewhere between leakage and full incontinence, my days vary. My cause is not exactly known. I have never had good control. I have had small leaks/spirts to wet spots on my pants.

I had similar issues after a slip and fall, the doctors couldn't find anything wrong that was directly leading to the OAB/urge. I strugled with it for quite some time before I decided to go 24/7. this made everything in life much easier, no more worrying where the nearest bathroom was or weather I was going to make it in time. I started with pullups then proceeded into diapers, at first I was conserned others would notice but no-one has ever mentioned a word. if you choose to go down this road keep in mind that you should also get some washable diaper covers. they help prevent those pesky litle leaks

I have the bed wetting issue a few times a year and wet patches and dribbling all the time. it all can vary in amount and frequency. I have went to wearing diapers or using pads for protection but recently use diapers more. some times a diaper will last all day but still be damp.

I had to go to a doctor for a dot physical last year and I was wearing my diaper. the doctor asked about it and I told her I have been having issues with uncontroled re-lease and that I cant hold it very long. which is the truth. she asked if I have been looked at for a cause and I had basic test done. I was offerd meds to try but I don't like taking medication so I choose to wear protection
